Il Leccio Verde

Soggiorno eccellente al Leccio Verde! L’appartamento è nuovo, pulito e ordinato, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort. Si percepisce subito di essere in Puglia, e in particolare nel cuore autentico di Lecce, con tutta la sua eleganza e calore. Un ringraziamento speciale a Giorgia, la host/receptionist, che è stata puntuale, gentile e molto disponibile: ci ha informati con precisione sulla zona ZTL in centro, ci ha aiutato con le indicazioni e si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi necessità durante tutto il soggiorno. Inoltre, i letti erano comodissimi, il che ha reso il riposo davvero piacevole. Un altro punto a favore: il parcheggio a soli 100 metri, aperto 24h, davvero pratico per chi viaggia in auto. Un’esperienza da 5 stelle, che consigliamo senza esitazioni. Torneremo con piacere!

Lovely apartment, well decorated. Stayed in the quad as a couple and gave space to relax when not out exploring. Easy walking distance (5-10mins) to Old town and New Town areas giving good choice of restaurants and shops. Naira was always available to help, and held our luggage on last day to help us explore.

It was in the old town and accessible to all the must see places. The parking facility was just a short walk away. The property owner and staff were very helpful during our entire stay. They made sure we were comfortable. We encountered a problem with the hot water in the shower and they took action immediately and upgraded us to a suite. Very comfortable bed.

Simple but very well decorated, high quality of the finish. There’s everything you need, pricing is reasonable. Location is very convenient, there’s a parking lot few steps away (25€ per day, not cheap but convenient)

Everything was fine

A newly opened and completly renovated 2 room apartment in a quiet but central area of the historical district of Lecce. There are 4 apartments in the beautiful building, The managing host Georgia was so helpful and lovely. She even searched around and booked a restaurant for us for New Years Eve. She was very quick to respond - even over the NYE holiday period. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, lots of space.
