Qualche accorgimento in più non guasterebbe….tipo 3/4 cialde x il caffè, riempire i dispenser con il sapone x le mani (visto che ce ne sono due ma vuoti

The house is in a very good location, just outside the historic center and 5 minutes away from a large parking lot in case you have a car.

The air conditioning was not working (even though we set it to cooling, it only functioned as a fan). The house was unbearable since summers in Verona are extremely hot, and we couldn't sleep. When we messaged the owner to inform him that the air conditioning wasn't working, they replied that they could take a look, but they never actually did anything about it. The bathroom has a very small and uncomfortable shower. Additionally, the ventilation is just a large window, and when you open it, you might come face-to-face with someone (just 2 meters away) since there's a parking lot for the other tenants right outside (I’ve attached a photo). Moreover, there is no screen, so when we opened the window, the house filled with mosquitoes! Overall, it's an old unwelcoming house where the bathroom and kitchen need renovation. Communication with the owner was very limited, and it felt like he was completely indifferent to whether you had an enjoyable stay or not.
