"Never again"

Location convenient. Close to many places.

Room had cigarette burns on furniture. No check in attendant at counter. House cleaning never showed up and cleaned rooms. No one picking up guest services or other phone. Overall terrible

They downgraded me to a Caesars room because housekeeping didn't have the room ready. They also didn't refund us for the downgrade, which was over $160.
