The informative emails before arrival were awesome. And the wine was thoughtful but would have been nice to know if it were free or if we would be charged. So we didn't partake.

Parking so high up and having no curtains over the windows. Wind would make the sliding door blinds make noise and if you don't close the one in the master bedroom just right I can see out the window when I'm sleeping and I dont like that.
