The wall is thin. So i can hear from outside people talking

- Minimalist but comfortable - Located in the central, close to anywhere - Netflix & YouTube are available on TV - Comfy desk, enough space for laptop, charger & mouse - Good wifi connection - With affordable price, breakfast is also served - Some Instagrammable spots (smoking area 3rd floor, lobby, etc)

The location was convenient. The room was clean except for ants 🐜

I did not like that the staff was not trained to speak to American tourists. They were not helpful. They were smart and kind in their language. I can see that with other customers. But they did not engage me, they did not help me. They were confused by any question. They were poorly trained to deal with me as a guest and I was an easy guest. I was very disappointed by the breakfast process. The breakfast was horrible, not something that traveling tourists would appreciate. I was not provided breakfast for 2 days. I was also contacted 1 day at 6:38 in the morning to ask me what I wanted for breakfast. I thought that was very inappropriate. They don't need to do that. Period I had to complain several times that most of the rooms. The people were hanging outside in the hallways and making excessive noise at 6:30 in the morning. And they did not want to do anything about it. Overall, I will never stay in this hotel. The experience was not a pleasure.
