Hotel al Piolet

Warm and contemporary feel, great location. The shuttle bus was brilliant, easy to use and made getting about a breeze.

Didn’t find the breakfast staff as friendly as last year. They were perfectly good at serving but missed the extra conversation and suggestions about the resort.

Great location, very stylish, well laid out, lovely facilities, very cosy and comfortable.

Nothing that we didn’t like.

The hotel is amazing!!! The location is perfect so you can easily reach the town and restaurants, but they still have a shuttle on request to bring you closer if you have ski gear etc or if it’s snowing and you don’t feel like walking. The rooms were great, very comfortable. The bathroom and shower also very good and spacious. Nice ski room with storage for each room. The best (!!!!) and most memorable feature of the hotel is the very much heated outside pool. You can sit in the hot pool, when it’s snowing outside, with your drink, and feel extremely warm. It’s not pretty warm, it’s really warm!! The staff is very kind and attentive.

Unfortunately we found the most important downside was the breakfast. They have a very small buffet, with some yogurt, cold cuts, very small selection of cheeses and fruit and some pastries. And a menu that you can order from- different types of eggs, salmon, avocado toast etc. but the execution of the dished was not very good. We came with another couple, together we were 4, we tried pretty much all the dishes in the menu and were quite disappointed. I think this is really the only aspect that needed improvement. We didn’t try the dinner at the hotel.

Замечательный отель! Настоящая пятерка, где всё продумано для вашего удобства. Прекрасный завтрак - по меню, но приносят быстро и очень вкусный; дважды в день убирались в номере, несколько раз за неделю меняли постель, трансфер у входа в отель в любое время довезет вас хоть до подъемника хоть до отдаленного ресторана (и заберет обратно!), большая лыжная комната, где можно оставить не только лыжи/ботинки, но и верхнюю одежду (не приходится раскладывать её сушиться по всему номеру); небольшой, но новенький и удобный спа с открытым видовым бассейном (мы приходили сразу после каталки и всегда оказывались одни), персонал отзывчивый и всегда со всем поможет и организует. А - есть ski in, причем удобный и несложный заезд… вот прям всё понравилось…

Вот здесь будут прям придирки. - объективно нет ski out, можно выехать на лыжах, но до подъемника не доехать, но, как сказано выше, трансфер в любое время за 2 минуты довезет вас к центральному подъемнику ( он рядом, но идти в горку) и ресторан при отеле ну с очень высокой кухней - каждый день там питаться дорого и не очень сытно))
