La cama muy incómoda y no había buen feedback con el dueño Aparte no había nada para hacer café , eso es un crimen en Italia, no microondas, pocas cosas

La posizione e la struttura, molto bella l’organizzazione interna e lo staff che se solo a distanza ma sempre puntuale e attivo nelle risposte

C’era una forte puzza in bagno e la cucina presente a poche cose a disposizione soprattutto di prima necessità per cucinare

Super dirty, I can’t even describe it, mold everywhere in the bathroom, everywhere dust. We were 4 persons with one toilet paper for 4 days. We ask for supplies like toilet paper and we asked also to change us the towels papers because they smelled like dog. When we asked the owner for these he/she pretended that someone (a collaborator, as said) will come and provide us these necessary services. When we asked again the owner responded in sarcastic tone/way, a couple of hours before our departure.

Amazing location, great apartment. Our host, Danilo, was very nice and helpful. We had some problems with unlocking the door upon arrival, but he sent a very nice gentleman who helped us, and we are very grateful to both 🙏

It would be the best if a coffee machine is added in the kitchen, however, there is a nice coffee bar nearby, so we managed to get amazing espressos anyway.

It is well positioned and quiet.

- the apartment is not well kept, things that should be fixed/replaced are not (e.g. bathroom window hinge, shower door, ceilings and walls affected by water damage and mold, upstairs bed that squeaks loudly even when light children sleep on it) - no bathroom bin, no coffee/tea pot or anything that could be used as such (only large cooking pots) - lots of mold on the air conditioner vents, that made us not use it

The flat is perfectly located. It's in the old town, but at the far end of it—away from the crowds of tourists—so you can experience the real life of the old town, with kids playing football outside and neighbors arguing about something you'll never know. There are bars and restaurants right next to it, but no noise from traffic. Charming antique interior, great wooden floors and nice terrace.

No Wi-Fi in the flat and also very poor mobile reception inside. You can get a decent signal on the terrace but once you're inside you can't even message. There was no greeting, no welcome messages, no “how are you,” and no instructions on how to get to the flat, what to do with garbage or anything of the sort. Communication was so minimal that we even missed the fact that we were supposed to leave the city tax money on the table. We apologized and wired the money even adding a bit extra for the inconvenience, but the the overall experience about that was very unpleasant with lots of exclamation marks in the messages. The front door lock is extremely unreliable—you can spend up to 10 minutes struggling with the key, unsure if you'll even manage to get in or out. There was no cold water in the kitchen; we found and opened the shut-off valve ourselves, only to discover it had been closed due to a leak. The mosquito net had large holes and no plug-in repellent was provided. The bathroom smelled bad and showed visible signs of mold. We tried to take a shower while the dishwasher was running, and the fuse blew—clearly, the electrical system can't handle simultaneous usage. Hard to imagine how it holds up when you also need to run the AC in the summer. No coffee machine, no tea kettle, not even a small pot. I had to boil water for tea in a huge cooking pot. One dull knife that couldn’t even cut vegetables, no cutting board, no coffee cups and many other basics were missing. There were no cleaning supplies: no sponges, no garbage bags(!), no dishwasher tablets, no laundry detergent, no napkins or paper towels, and no basic cleaning tools. All we found was half empty bottle of dishwashing liquid and a started roll of toilet paper. The worst part of the flat is the bed on the second floor—its frame creaks so loudly that any movement wakes the whole house. It's unusable for two adults; we ended up putting the kids there.

The property is located in a very good location, old town of Bari. It is spatious.

We didnt like the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and in one of the rooms. Hand soap not available.

Amazing location and quaint house in the heart of Bari. They were accommodating to a couple of requests due to unforeseen circumstances and we appreciate their hospitality.

It was really good stay, one private bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and living room with sofa. You will get towels and hand soap in the bathroom. Very good location
