Al Duca appartamento in centro

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully renovated apartment near the city center. The interior is modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding infrastructure is perfect, making it easy to get around. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, offering a flexible check-in and check-out, and even allowing us to leave our luggage for a few hours after departure. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

- Very nice apartment and highly professional hosts. - The hosts were really accommodating both for check-in and check-out. - Great location and great facilities (the apartment must have been recently renovated). - The apartment also has great sound isolation, so you don't really get disturbed by the cars outside. - The hosts put a really spacious baby crib in the bedroom, as requested before arriving to the location. - The hosts left some water in the fridge when we arrived, and we found tea and coffee available, which was extra nice.

The following points are minor, so they had very little impact on our enjoyment: * The elevator is really small (still pretty standard in Italy), so it was a bit tricky to go in and out with the baby stroller. Not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning. * For a 10 days stay (2 adults and an infant) we only found two toiler paper rolls in the apartment, so we immediately had to buy some ourselves. * You don't get your own intercom in the apartment (ie if you have visits or order food). The hosts were really understanding and helped with it, and also said that their plan is to add one as soon as it gets approved.

We liked very much that it is renewd appartment and really excellent equiped. The location is very good, you can go to city centar in 15 minutes by walk. The hosts were very helpful with all the informations they gave us.

We didn't like the noise from the street at night, although the windows were very new and soundproof.

The hosts are very kind and welcoming :) The apartment is in the perfect condition, everything is completely new and almost untouched. All very modern and looks great. The view from the balcony is much better than I expected!

Via Duca della Verdura is a major thoughfare, and finding a place to park can be quite challenging. On the other hand, it is for free!
