"Perfect place for a family."

Perfect location. Easy check in. I couldn't find a broom to swipe out the sand, but I might have not seen it.

"Dimitri is a lovely host and the house is perfect for a relaxing trip to Nea Peramos!"

Excellent cottage with all the necessary amenities for a great stay. Highlights were the front and back gardens with the bbq, as well as the size of the two bedrooms. Really well placed as well, in terms of location, so you’re always close to all the good spots in town.

Could be cleaner in places.

Very good location, close to the beach and near by the central street of the town! The house is very nice and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids! We like the outdoor space and the backyard with barbecue! There are places for parking the cars at front of the 🏡
