Очень негативный опыт. После моего проживания сотрудники хостела начали связываться со мной лично — писать сообщения и звонить — с угрозами из-за того, что я оставляю негативный отзыв. Такое поведение абсолю неприемлемо и непрофессионально. Гости не должны подвергаться давлению или преследованию за честный отзыв. Very negative experience. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Guests should not be harassed for sharing honest feedback. I do not recommend this place.

Why is the administrator talking about violations if the floors were cleaned only once a month, they just came in with a vacuum cleaner and didn’t clean under my bed? They only do part of the cleaning. Also, when you go into the toilet, it constantly smells like smoke because she is always sitting there and smoking, and the cigarette smell is unbearable, even though it says smoking is not allowed and there is a 3000 fine. At the same time, the administrator herself violates the hostel rules.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my stay at this hostel. The administrator is extremely unprofessional and rude. She speaks disrespectfully, addresses guests in an inappropriate informal manner, and even makes personal remarks, which is completely unacceptable. The cleanliness standards are very poor. The room is not cleaned regularly, which creates unsanitary conditions. Additionally, the administration invents unreasonable “fines” for alleged violations without any clear rules. They also demand a deposit retroactively, even though it was not required at the time of check-in. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their practices. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
