"A fair stay"

Location and front desk help and timely response and room service on request.

Lift not working and I got room in the 4th floor.Hotel food was very pathetic.Room was not cleaned properly.

"First and bad experience with booking.com"

Was a happy experience at all....when I reached the spot even the receptionist didn't gave me the location of the hotel properly

I had booked a room with smoking...even ashtray wasn't in the room...room itself wasn't good and the lift was under maintenance....and I was given 4th floor....up down by stairs...and I reached little earlier so I had to pay add on money to get the room !
