The property is well situated - about 15 min walk to the station and close to the centre and good food close by. Safe neighbourhood They helped us organise a taxi to the airport so thank you for that

I would never recommend staying here. Here is the list of issues with the accommodation: - broken bar stools (nowhere to sit) - staircase to the bedroom is extremely slippy and dangerous - no ventilation in the entire apartment which isn’t helped by the awful smell in the bathroom coming from the gutters - the bathroom also seems to have an infestation of flies - the handles on the front door and the bathroom door are falling off. My elderly mother got stuck in the bathroom for over an hour, no help despite calling the apartment several times. We had to call neighbours who broke the lock. My mum was stuck there from 1.15pm to almost 3pm. - there is only one window, which covers the ground and first floor which can’t be opened because it’s so close to the street - the sofa bed downstairs looked battered so 3 of us had to sleep in the bed upstairs

The location is quite close to the sea and walking distance to all good restaurants in the city center. It is ground level that is super easy to move luggage in and out of the car. You could park the car in. front and pay long stays on the parking street machine.

I recommend adding a mobile shower option in the bathroom. Curtains are not a good option for a hotel bathroom as they tend to get shabby quite fastly.

Not very clean on arrival. The apartment is not big enough and not comfortable for four people. Ideally for two people. The sofa is not comfortable at all. There is no chairs and table to sit. The air conditioning motor is on the inside and it makes a lot of noise.

I want to say that the location was good.

First of all, it should be said that this is an apartment on the ground floor of the street in which the opposite house is currently being repaired. Another disadvantage is that the only way to heat the apartment is by air conditioning, but that only heats the upper part of the apartment where the bed is and the lower part where the kitchen and bathroom are, which is really cold all the time. I tried to exchange the apartment with the host for another one, but unfortunately he didn't accommodate us despite our complaints. The cleanliness of the apartment is also questionable...

The apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the beach and the old town, so everything we wannted to see was in a walkable distance. The host is very welcoming, kind and easy to communicate with. The apatment is well equipped and perfect for a longer stay. We would definitely visit again!
