Rifugio di Mare

Fantastic location and staff. Great ambiance. As a refugio, it says it has limitations but it is hard to find any really. Good restaurant with a great bar. Great for hikes.

Perhaps an area to lounge would have been nice to have. It has good sitting space outside but nothing super comfy to read or relax.

Location immersa nel verde, raggiungibile anche a piedi con una bella camminata. Cucina ottima, sia la colazione che la cena (assolutamente consigliata la mezza pensione). Personale cordiale ed efficiente

Gli orari della navetta sono vincolanti ma ci si adatta facilmente, ed è necessario per preservare la natura del rifugio

Cortesia e disponibilità. Location da favola. Team di lavoro ed accoglienza affiatato e competente. Le persone giuste nel posto giusto. Le famiglie lo ameranno.

The view from the Rifugio was stunning. The people working at the Rifugion were super friendly and helpful with extra rides to the car park.

Although the food was delicious, it was a bit expensive. The beach access is not easy, and there were jellyfish in the small bay. I would recommend driving to a beach a bit further away.

Amazing location in a natural protection area. Kind staff, especially the shuttle drivers and reception. Beautiful sunsets and very scenic remote place. Stunning walks to a natural beach. Great local food. Very comfortable bed and staff very willing to help, e.g. when the room was too cold for me and I needed a blanket.

We booked the house guest menu. On a Saturday the restaurant was full with external guests who booked a special menu. So ev n if we came at 19.30 when dinner is supposed to be possible we had to wait until 20.15 with everybody else. It is a bit of a odd system. I would advise to tell guests right away that dinner does not start till 8. This first night we were a bit disappointed by the food, lunch on the second day was amazing and the dinner menu was great too ( fish starter, seafood pasta). Unfortunately the Diesel radiator switched on very loudly two times in the second night, which is really a shame when you go there to enjoy the peace and silence. I think this should be managed better 😉. Breakfast is basic and Italian, e.g. no real bread- just toast. In Sundays the place is a real tourist attraction.
