Das Haus hat eine außergewöhnliche ruhige Lage mit einem schönen Garten und Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Hervorzuheben sind auch die sonnige Terasse und Veranda - Sonne, den ganzen Tag. Herrlich war es außerdem, am warmen Kaminfeuer sitzen zu können und durch die großen Terassenfenster das Meer zu beobachten.
