Accessible location. Spacious and clean room and bathroom.

We booked a room for 4 but toiletries and bottled water provided were just good for 2 pax, also there were no foot rugs and slippers provided. One chair in our room is broken, might cause accident if someone accidentally sit on it.

Great location. The staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and organized. Overall great value for money.

This was just one step away from a hostel. Yes, we had.our own room, but the TV didn't work, the wifi was difficult to log into and the room was really basic and had a strelange smell. Downstairs,.their was a communal fridge and eating area, which at.our time of arrival was full of students (or work trainees). This really is a hostel under a different guise. We left after 30 minutes and checked into another hotel.

The inclusion of electric kettle and coffee mugs in their rooms would be essential.

Check in was easy and room prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly as well. We love that the location was nearby Clark's destinations. It was a short ride to SM Clark via Grab and short ride to nearby resturants + cafes. It also has a convenience store below which makes getting essentials much easier.

Bed for 2 was so small. You can't move really move around the bed. It only had 2 pillows as well, 1 for each guests. The room didn't have any tables and chairs as well. It was just plain room with a bed and mini cabinet. Lastly, slow internet connection.
