酒店櫃台服務人員態度給人感覺不舒服！我們check-in時，櫃台人員接待輕忽，我們入住3晚，想問隔天早餐在那裏用餐時，他就隨手一擺，在妳後面，頭也沒抬，真的很沒禮貌！我們知道拜縣是較偏鄉，不能要求太多，但是這種服務品質讓人不敢恭維！早餐平凡，我們入住有私人泳池65m 的房型(酒店內只有 1間），但內部裝潢老舊，燈光暗淡，有些木頭已有損壞，強烈建議這間應重新整修後再上架販售，這樣對消費者較公平！我不會推薦這家酒店

เจ้าหน้าที่ดีมากค่ะ ดูแลดีมาก มีเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยยกของให้ค่ะ โรงแรมสามารถออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี ได้ ถึงแม้จะจองผ่าน Booking ค่ะ ให้เป็นข้อมูลไว้สำหรับท่านที่มาทำงานนะคะ

เนื่องจากประตูด้านหน้า ประตูในห้องน้ำเป็นไม้ ทำให้เวลาห้องอื่นเปิดปิดประตู ก็จะดัง ได้ยินไปทั่ว เสียงประตูดังตลอด หนวกหูมากๆ ห้องค่อนข้างเล็ก ไฟในห้องมืด ปลั๊กไฟน้อยไม่ค่อยมี ปลั๊กเสียบใช้งานลำบาก

Where do I start… one of the best stays in Thailand we have had. So nice and chilled, great staff all around. Breakfast was really good, and the staff were also great. Can’t fault it really

Très bien placé au cœur de la ville à côté de l’hôpital et tout proche de la Walking Street. Grande piscine agréable. Vaste chambre. Très bon rapport qualité prix

-Le petit déjeuner manque un peu de variété. -L’incinérateur de l’hôpital se déclenche de temps en temps, provoquant un gros bruit, court heureusement mais gênant. Choisir une chambre qui ne touche pas l’hôpital.
