The Guest Place

Only small but made for a lovely place to stay for a couple of nights and had all the essentials. Being a dog friendly place near the beach it was great that there was no smell of wet dog! The host was fantastic with her communication!

Thoughtfully organised accommodation

I's a little small! But every last thing had been thought of and provided. And it is clean and comfortable.

Very quiet location at the end of a residential cul de sac. The conversion of the garage had been very well done and thought through. Nicely insulated and heated even on a snowy icy November stay. Nice extras like a spare set of towels, plenty of tea, coffee, cereals for breakfast and plenty of crockery with a good sized fridge. Perfect accommodation for our stay.

The Guest place is Cosy Clean and Comfortable with a Great host.Great value and all you need for an overnight stay or a few days away on a mini break.A small garden area ,parking and easy accessible to gain your own entry.A easy walk to town centre and some lovely easy flat walking at the promenade.Locke park is a great place for nature and a lovely tearoom for a drink and nice food.A nice area to visit and recharge in a comfy home from home.

Did not pay for breakfast but the host did supply milk and cereals which was welcome. Close to amenities but very quiet close.
