"Very comfortable and quiet place to base from for a stay on Graciosa."

Linda is a very responsive host that always answers questions promptly. The location is great, calm, yet close to Praia and the amenities that the town provides.

Low doorways are something tall people must be conscious of.

Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieterin. Gute Lage mit Meerblick. Betten waren gut.

Räume nass und kalt, Wände nass, Terrassenboden Holz morsch, extreme Sturzgefahr, vollkommen liebloses Ambiente Terrasse, Haus und Garten. Nicht einladend zum Verweilen, nicht eine Blume oder Strauch im Garten. Bad Haken fallen ab und Duschstange für Vorhang. Bettgestell geht auseinander. Fällt irgendwann zusammen.

Grosses einfaches Haus mit Blick aufs Meer, ruhige Gegend. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu Fuß ist man in einer halben Stunde in Praia.

La casa è dotata di tutti gli accessori utili .Letto abbastanza comodo,bagno con bidet,macchine caffè 2 ,1 con capsule, 1 con cialde.

Il piccolo patio esterno in stato di totale abbandono,erba spontanea che cresce ovunque,il prato andrebbe potato e reso vivibile.Sdraio da spiaggia valorizzerebbero lo spazio che diventerebbe piacevolmente fruibile.La panca presente è decisamente scomoda e da rifare in maniera più agibile,peccato ! Per il resto il posto è ok ma basterebbe poco per rendere lo spazio esterno più gradevole.
