SJ SUITES HOTEL

Realizaron el aseo todos los días, colocaron productos de limpieza nuevos, siempre había en el café y agua gratis en la lobby, el checking y check out fue muy fácil, el hotel está muy muy bien ubicado en todo el viejo San Juan, las instalaciones del hotel son viejas pero en general están bien adaptadas

The location was central San Juan Viejo, perfect to reach anything at night walking distance

The hotel was bad… smell of mold, air conditioning couldn’t be controlled by the guests. First day we were given one hand towel in two, as big as a handkerchief. Then in one week they changed it once with a dirty towel with hair. Housekeeping gave us a small shower gel and shampoo 2 times in one week. In the end we decided to go to Walgreens and bought two towels and shampoo/body wash. They always remembered to leave an envelope asking for tips. Very undeserved. If it wasn’t for the location, it would be a one star only.

De locatie was top midden in het oude centrum met veel bezienswaardigheden, leuke restaurantjes en vooral dichtbij de cruise terminal. Comfortabel bed. Vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel. Zeer prettig dat receptie open was tijdens onze middernacht check in. Boeking was voor 1 nacht voor onze cruise de volgende dag. Aan te bevelen voor een kort verblijf.

Kamer iets donker zonder raam. Maar dit was bekend bij de boeking. Is historisch pand.

Location excellent for the old town. Staff helpful and friendly

Room had no window. No glass or cups in the room for water or a toothbrush. Basic furnishings. Ok for 1 night, would not want to spend any more nights there.

Very old building with carpets and the air conditioning was blasting. Way too cold. I booked in booking and I’ve updated the reservation bc my boyfriend was arriving earlier than me and they almost left him outside the hotel because they did not communicate with Booking.

Is close to bars and restaurants in the old San Juan

It was veryyy cold at night because of the AC.
