Exceptional experience. Very, very lovely.

I was a bit disappointed after reading the good reviews to be honest. It was an average stay without the character that the listing suggests.

The pool was non-existent. I hit my leg on the square edges of the wooden bed so many times I got grazes on it. The dark wood of the bed blended into the floor colour and the low lighting didn’t help. Be careful :)

Overall a good concept but looks better in pictures than the reality. Far from the chaos in the city.

If you book it, ask for the top floor that is facing the back yard. Very loud on the first floor as the doors are not very insulated. I woke yo many times during the day from whoever had to walk as there is no elevator up to the rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. The hotel always seemed empty but when I asked for upper floor they said no availability. Though they offered an upgrade which was facing the main street (very loud) so I did not change.

Excellent location, huge bathroom, beautiful decoration of the rooms and property.

Location great but like everything in Chiang Mai you’re never more than two inches from a road.

There were not many windows which meant it felt a bit dark during the day.
