The landlord was very friendly. The apartment itself is clean, with new renovation and everything you need for a comfortable stay:)

In one word: perfect! The apartment is brand new, everything is new inside. The owner took care of everything so much that you even have toothpicks at your disposal. All praise to the owner and we will be happy to come again when we are in Bari.

The Owner is the most correct person I’ve ever seen. We didn’t meet him, so we felt like the house was ours for a while :)). There are full of accessories! Everything you need !! Everything was very very clean ( which is rare in Italy 😬 , in this price category) Everything is new in the rooms. Good neighbors and vibes. Relative near to the central. ( 8 minutes walk ) It’s the old part of the city. So if you don’t like it , and don’t like the old , historical buildings, it won’t fit for you. But inside the house ( in the apartment) everything are modern. The apartment can be heated by two heater. I think it’s not simple to use, but if you’re a real men , you’ll figure it out:)). In other cases it will be cold in the winter for you. The hot water is enough for two person’s normal shower. You won’t have hours under the hot water :))) The breakfast for the days in the fridge at the first time. Don’t hope too much for this price. But it’s enough for one day :)))

-The apartment was clean and beautiful there is everything you could ever need -Balcony has a table where you can eat something -Bathroom was clean and modern -There was an air conditioner, iron, etc -Host is the most joyfull and carring person that I ve ever met -You get some welcoming gift with things to eat for breakfast -Big and comfy bed -You don't have to take care of key or card to the apartment so you can't lose it

I liked the fact that the appartment was very clean and comfortable. All the facilities mentioned in the description were at our disposal. The communication with the host was very efficient.

The street is rather noisy and not very clean. It is not quite "a due passi" of Bari Vecchia (it's a 30 min. walk), but this didn't bother us very much.

Upon arrival, we were delighted to find that the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately presented, well-maintained, and had all the amenities and conveniences we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and friendly and helpful host were highly appreciated, creating a welcoming and cozy environment. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking accommodation in the area.

We really liked this apartment, it was stylish, comfortable and of a very high standard. A very pleasant place to stay in a friendly area. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Bari.

It is the super apartment. Clean and comfortable. There is everything, that do you need. Very helpful host. Near the centre. I recommend.
