New hotel, everything was shiny and new

There was a party going on until late and it was noisy, the hotel room next to us had their tv on so load made it hard to sleep. I had two room, the twin I booked just failed to materialise even after the reception said they would sort. Staff felt inexperienced. As them to bed ok a taxi, they referred me to UBER

It was local to all the main attractions easy to find and plenty of parking

The property was a fine there’s nothing I didn’t like

Clean. Nice. Like it was brand new. Food was excellent. Room service was quick

Excellent location, very comfortable beds. The hospitality is amazing and the food is great. Excellent stay and will be returning.

The food orders take time, so be prepared to wait 20 mins additional.

The hotel was very modern and all the staff provided excellent customer service and were very helpful when I needed advise.

Each member of staff from the front entrance to the housekeepers were absolutely lovely and very hardworking ❤️ Professional, smart and courteous at all.times

Rooms were dusty Service slightly slow in restaurant Not enough toilet roll,had to keep asking for more, only 1 provided each time
