- La communication fluide avec le staff et l'autonomie/confiance laissée à l'invité. - La situation géographique (proche du tram et des arrêts de bus). - Le logement globalement propre.

- L'insonorisation : on entend littéralement tout de la chambre (personne qui monte les escaliers ou cuisine). C'est gênant pour dormir. - Certaines parties (jardin à l'abandon, murs tâchés) mériteraient plus d'entretien.

L'habitation n'est absolument pas insonorisée et tout fait énormément de bruit. Impossible de dormir avec quelqu'un qui monte l'escalier, qui cuisine ou qui prend sa douche ... même de manière calme et respectueuse.
