Great cozy room across the street from the beach and so close to the Bari airport! Fabio was also very helpful with check in instructions as we were delayed and arrived very late!

Purchased a stay in the Perla apartment. According to the photos, I was expecting a hot tub, unfortunately it was only available in the neighboring apartment (I misread the description of the finally selected apartment, but according to the reviews, I was not the first to expect a hot tub). Perla is actually a windowless room surrounded on all sides by a neighboring suite with a hot tub. The sound of bubbling, the creaking of chairs from the ceiling, and the conversations of the neighbors, the TV on and fake singing are clearly heard behind the whole room. So if you came to relax, you are really at the wrong address. I ended up leaving the accommodation immediately after the first night (out of 4) and flew home. The subsequent completely inappropriate behavior of the owner, when they tried to financially motivate me to give a 10* rating, that they were new, that they needed it, was just a confirmation of how bad a place I was in. And I originally didn't want to write a review. I don't even mention the problems with check-in, the broken phone number listed on Booking, or the fact that they sold Perla again on Booking immediately after my departure (even though it was still paid for by me). On the other hand, the accommodation is really new and clean..🤷🙈
