Luxury Town centre apartment walking distance to RSC theatre

Very clean, comfortable with good facilities. Great location with a short walk to the main tourist area. Had everything we needed for our stay, to cook, do washing etc.

A couple of us were allergic to the plug in air fresheners, but once we worked out what it was, we turned them off. I thought there was one more bed than there actually was, which was unfortunate, but my misinterpretation it seems like.

Maybe I took this the wrong way but getting into the car park wasn’t easiest and when I called the host they seemed a bit short. Same when they came to clean the next day. Wasn’t enough loo roll left

Great apartment in a good location. The apartment was a good size for the 4 of us. Good communication from the property manager, before, during, and after our stay.

This flat is a great location. I stayed with my family for my daughters wedding and it was 5 minutes walk to the registry office. Got my groceries delivered, which was easy, especially as the flat is on the ground floor. It was clean , comfortable and welcoming. We were left complimentary milk , which was oat due to our dietary needs and vegan cookies , a very nice touch. The beds were comfortable with television in every room,and the kitchen was equipped enough, best lit place I have stayed in. The customer care was fantastic, so fast to respond about anything, nothing was too much. Ample space to park one car, plenty of manoeuvre space. Showers were hot and powerful enough. Would definitely stay there again. I have stayed in a lot of places across Europe and this was one of the best. A couple of things that would improve the stay I will put in the review box about " didn't like".

Unfortunately, there is no freezer not even a cool box for ice. There is also no drying machine but they do supply an airer. The extracter fans didn't work in the bathrooms, so got very steamy and damp. Quite noisy in the main bedroom as people come and go for the flats .But these things considered, the quality of the place is great and we had a lovely stay , felt very taken care of. The above are just areas to improve/be aware of. Management were wonderful and very helpful, going above and beyond.

Location - close to attractions, modern with all facilities.

Rooms are quite tight - no space for travel bags. No shampoo, no shower gels.
