Vieze kamers, ik heb van kamer moeten ruilen omdat ik had aangegeven dat ik niet in een rokerskamer wou (al bij mijn reservering). Toen ik belde zeiden ze dat er geen andere niet-rokerskamers was. Later toen ik weer ging bellen kon het opeens wel; als dat niet was gelukt had ik mijn geld teruggevraagd en was ik naar een betere hotel gegaan. Maar toen kwamen ze met een optie voor een andere kamer en die viel ook zwaar tegen. Badkamers zijn niet schoon en ik kon de airco niet aanzetten omdat er dan een vieze, vuile, stinkende lucht in de kamer werd geblazen. Dus ik moest maar in een warme kamer slapen. Ook zien de kamers er niet fris uit; ik kom hier nooit meer terug. Beter iets meer betalen en naar een betere hotel gaan, ik snap ook niet dat dit hotel 5 sterren heeft.

Der Fitnessraum könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Sonst war es eigentlich alles sehr gut.
