Sunny Hunny Manor Park Caravan

The property was spacious and clean and close to all amenities.

There was a leak from the shower but was fixed promptly,

Nice caravan and comfortable . Easy to work the telly

Couldn't turn on heater as switch at floor level and I'm disabled. Expected towels to be provided as wasn't told otherwise. The bedroom carpet was wet next to the partition wall with the shower so I didn't use the shower at all in case it got worse.

Lack of cleanliness- the carpets had not been vacuumed properly we left a pile of black dog hair on the carpet for the cleaners to see that lifted just with us walking on it. (We did not have pets with us) The double headboard dirty, blood on the duvet as well as a large yellowish stain. cobwebs and spiders. The cooker extractor was all open no cover so would be classed as a health and safety issue. Had to clean the fridge before we could use it as we did with anything we used. The shower has been badly bodged with I’m guessing silicone. Mould in the bathroom along skirting area. Along with yellow stuff partly up the wall. Cleaned radiator as I’m guessing urine splashes on it! Again all would be classed as health and safety issues. Panel ledges on the internal doors were very dirty Generally very very poor, yet could be lovely!

Had to call the host as key code did not work and was given a new code we then gained access. All good thanks

Very clean and tidy, good location.

Such a lovely welcoming stay, the caravan was very homely feel to it. Was very clean, we really enjoyed it

Couldn't say anything we didn't like, only the fact you have to oay extra to use the club on site but that isn't the owners fault.
