They said my booking didn’t go through with booking.com even though I had a confirmation # and they charged me $60 more than what I was supposed to pay with booking.com . I was charged twice for 1 stay

The staff made me feel stupid like if I didn’t know how to book a room. It was all very confusing and they did not provide clear answers to different pricing and why my booking was not the same or so “confirmed”

The breakfast was excellent, the staff for checking in and out was outstanding! The location meet our needs.

We had to call to service our safe, we waited until the service engineer showed up and he said it was the battery. He said it would be another 20 minutes, we made arrangements to take care of it while we went to dinner. Returned from our dinner ( 50 minutes) and still wasn't fixed made another phone call. Waited another 20 minutes for him to return and fix it. Went to use the bathroom and someone had used it prior to us getting in the room and didn't flush the toilet!

Ice machine broken. Over priced mediocre breakfast. Lack of access to food, snacks or drinks after 11pm in a major city. Never got waited on at breakfast.
