Property was very tidy, had everything we needed for a few days break, welcome hamper was a god send!

Clean and was home with everything available. Loved the welcome pack and very thoughtful of the owner.
It’s nothing to do with the property, it’s the company that’s sends the property information to myself- no email received day before. Arrived at Tattershall lakes and unable to get into the site as no address had been sent. Spend nearly 40mins trying to sort it out and have to ring the owner who was away on holiday for the address and keysafe number. This was frustrating and stressful.
