"we ring the bell at the front desk respond after 10 minutes. Next time we rang the bell many times no one responded."

we rang the bell Many times at the front desk but it took him to respond after I call the number listed. Next time we rang the bell many times no response at all instead after we went to our room and Came back down to ask some coffee creamer the front door was locked and there was A note to ring the bell or call we did not even bother to ring the bell because no one responded at all anyway. I say that’s poor service.

"Great place and great location"

The location was perfect for us. Our family was camping on the dunes. The room was comfortable and clean.

It should probably be noted during check in that servicing the room is upon request.
