Tranquil Oasis Retreat in Golden Gate Estates

Spacious, clean, host was very accommodating and rapidly available for our needs and questions.

Everything! The home gave ample space for our family of 11. The master bathroom is gorgeous. The outside tv is huge. I love the way it’s surrounded by trees providing privacy. Our dogs loved running in the backyard.

The pool could have used help from a vacuum. But it didn’t matter to us since we weren’t planning on jumping in.

Excellent location and private. Me and the wife really enjoyed ourselves.

Hot tub was a little Sandy and pool had a few toys Left in it, but for the most part everything was great.

Loved the outdoor area, the teenagers stayed outdoors in the hammocks and hot tub almost the whole time. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms made it very convenient for our group of 8. The owners were very nice, and the house was nicely stocked. The pool and hot tub were heated, and the extra sitting/tv room came in handy. We would definitely stay there again.

There were some unfinished construction projects, but it honestly didn't interfere with our stay nor bother us. The pool could use a good cleaning.

Not a single thing.

Dog hair everywhere. Dirty hvac filter. Dirty pool. Dirty hot tub. Holes in the ceiling. Exposed wiring outside. Lots of leftover construction type material outside. Our 18-month-old daughter broke out in hives, and we still aren't sure from what. Automatic gunfire a few doors down. It's just a gross/unsafe home and area. We left after a couple of hours and had to book another house. We didn't think to take very many photos as we were rushing around trying to find another home to rent last minute. Homeowner didn't care about any of it.
