"First class friendly B&B"

We had an excellent stay. Elaine was a most friendly host; the room and facilities were in excellent order; large fluffy towels, a very comfortable bed, lots of hot water, and a semi private part of the house. The breakfast was very good. This was a superb place to stay our two nights in the area.

"Superb! (I have not used this term before on this site)"

When we arrived, a little later than planned we had a lovely warm welcome. The room had a settee and seperate rooms for bathroom and coffee and tea making etc A lovely view onto the well kept garden as well. The cooked breakfast was superb and with fruit salad/ cereal and toast, there was too much to choose from. This is not a complaint though. really lovely.

Everything was great, a little way from where we wanted to be, but had previously used other hotels/pubs in the area and the extra mileage was worth every penny.

"Great location, great host, great food !"

The location was stunning, surrounded by fields and a beautiful garden. Our host Elaine was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast could not be bettered. Everything you could wish to eat was available, all freshly made.

We don't believe any part of our stay could be improved.

"Wedding stay over"

We had a super friendly welcome from the host, who explained where everything was upon our arrival. Our own entrance door, plenty of space, cleaned immaculately. We had a fabulous full English breakfast with lots of choices of cereals, yogurts & fruit etc served in the dining room. Fabulous views of Brocton across the fields. Would highly recommend a stay here.

"Superb in every way"

It was in a very pretty location . The house was light and airy and immaculately clean . The owner Elaine could not have been more welcoming . The bed was extremely comfortable- the bath towels large and fluffy and the linen gorgeous . It way surpassed our expectations . We couldn’t have wished for more and if we are ever in that area again I would book The Coach House without hesitation. The breakfast was delicious and served in a gorgeous dining room that we had to ourselves .
