Automatic gratuity on meal, without telling us it was already on the dinner bill. Service was adequate, but took a long time for meal to arrive and we didn’t feel like waiter was very motivated to provide good service (already knowing he was getting 20% tip!)

El hotel es agradable, las habitaciones cómodas y amplias, el desayuno estuvo muy bien, la vista hacia la bahía llena de veleros y yates, me encantó. La ubicación cerca al puerto de cruceros es ideal.

Llegamos al hotel tarde en la noche, la temperatura estaba bastante fresca, apagamos el aire acondicionado y cerramos las cortinas para dormir, sin embargo yo seguía sintiendo mucho frio, me abracé a mi esposo para calentarme y finalmente me dormí. En la mañana que abrí las cortinas y vi la hermosa vista, también me di cuenta que la ventana estaba abierta... por eso el frío.

It was dirty and looks like nothing is being taken care of. This place use to look good. I asked for a room overlooking the marina. The balcony was filthy and gross. I didnt even use it because it looked so bad. For the almost 200 dollars i spent at least provide 2 chairs for the table and how about a microwave to reheat food or a small refrif. to keep drinks cold. My white socks got filthy just from walking on the carpeting. There should be somebody outside picking up trash that is thrown all around or in the empty flowerbeds. The whole experience was horrible. I wish i had my hard earned money back. I will never go here again and definetly tell others to stay away and dont waste your money. I dont even want to think how unsanitary the jacuzzi and pool are. Maybe its new owners or mgt. idk but it was a huge disappointment. not even a complimentary breakfast!!

Close to the beach and cruise ship terminal

Far away from restaurants and shopping. The bathroom door was very hard to open and close

Great hotel for an overnight stay pre cruise... location overlooking the Marina very picturesque... easy walk into town to explore... would definitely recommend for cruise travellers..
