Great support from facility owner and very welcoming & friendly couple.

Kandy city is good. The property seems to be a haunted house. The pictures that they have provided and the present scenario are completely different.

1) The room was not spacious. 2) There is water leakage in the Bathroom. 3) The crockery in the kitchen is too dirty and fungus has been there at every place. 4) There is only one small light lamp in the drawing room. There is no fan or AC in the common area. 5) The dining table chairs are so old that you always get a fear of falling down. About Room:- 1) The charging plugs are down the table. Every time you have to put your phone on the floor for charging. 2) Every time you need to use a pan to fit your charger inside the socket. 3) The landlady said keep your clothes outside the room. She'll do the laundry. Till evening the clothes were in the basket but she didn't. In the evening she replied it's too late to do laundry , better do it at the next property. 4) My husband has used a sleeper that was put in the common area. The landlady shared my personal number with a person in front of our room. He was scolding and shouting because my husband used sleepers and asked for 5000 LKR as reimbarrassment. When I asked the landlady why she shared my contact details. She replied "doesn't matter". 5) There are no shops nearby to buy water or small stuff. 6) The city center is 3 km away from the property. Every time you need to pay 300 to 500 LKR for going out. 7) We asked several times about the hot water. The landlady said hot water comes in the evening. You ll get natural hot water because we have a big tank and due to sunlight it ll be hot. Who waits for a hot water bath if you take it in the morning. 8) They have not offered any breakfast nor any service. The stay was full of stress and was not worthy of paying even 1000 LKR and we paid 6500 LKR for 2 nights. 9) I highly recommend couples who are coming to Kandy for leisure never book this property. 10) If anyone is looking for a haunted place one should book this property.

The Owner is very nice and helpful. The pathio is really cool.

Unfortunately, there are no mosquito nets. At night you could hear animals on the roof, so if you are a light sleeper, you may not get enough sleep...

The exterior design of the house and the surrounding were awesome. The host family were very friendly and welcoming too. But inside the house was quiet disappointing. The rooms were very dirty, even the bedsheets, even the bathroom hoses were full of dirt and the floor was not clean at all. The kitchen was awful too, we had to clean everything ourselves to be able to eat in the plates and cook. We even found a big leech in our bathroom which was disgusting...

Room was quite damp and electricity cut out when we arrived due to the heavy rain. The bathroom was dated and the lights were very dark. There was a hole in the wall by the shower head and it leaked all night into a bucket. The room wasn't the cleanest.

The owner is a super nice lady with her husband, the place itself has a very beautiful old-style exterior design and the area is scenic and quiet. The hosts were very pleasant but the only bad thing was the cleanness. The kithchen, tables and toilets were really very dirty. We washed the whole bathroom on our own and cleaned the kitchen and table as well.
