The pool

We expected a flat with separate bedroom and we got a single room with collapsible sofa. Also advertised was a lake view from balcony but there was no view, as as it was vlocked by a thick row of trees. But what threw us most was the reaction of Holidu who wouldn't believe us and who still haven't replied to our claim. We re not used to such treatment from Booking, we have always otherwise been satisfied.
