Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία πρόσβαση παντού με τα πόδια. Ήρεμη και ωραία διακόσμηση.

Πρώην ισόγειος επαγγελματικός χώρος που μετατράπηκε σε κατοικία. Πράγμα το οποίο σημαίνει ότι η τουαλέτα είχε φτιαχτεί για κατάστημα και ήταν πολύ μικρή. Δεν είχε πουθενά παράθυρο να μπει φρέσκος αέρας ή μπαλκόνι. Δεν μπορούσες να αφήσεις ανοιχτό το air condition και να λείπεις για μία ώρα. Σκληρό στρώμα
