"Could use some work"

The owner was ready to help anytime, they brought us pot and utensils we needed

-The elevator doesn't go to fourth floor where the apartment is, elevator only goes up til third -Air conditioning didn't work - Lacked utensils, pots, pans - Garbage disposal was on the end of the street, meaning you have to walk 200 meters to throw away the trash -Water preassure is awful, for washing dishes or showering
