USThe only thing good about this property is it’s close to the international airport.
Dirty, roaches in the room, noisy, AC barely worked. Difficult to find. Booking.com lists name as “Ascott Inn”, but it’s actually “Fabhotel Ascot International “.

- If I could give less than 1 I would! - The stay at this hotel was awful. The hotel was the dirtiest I ever stayed in and as a well traveled person across all continents on a budget, I have never been so disgusted in 2 rooms. The floor was black with dirt and mould, holes in bedding, there were cockroaches everywhere, bathroom looked like a health hazard, the shower was so dirty didn’t want to use it. Had to ask for towels anyway! If it had not been 12am when we checked in we would of left. Friend as a female traveler did not feel safe in the room and put her suitcase across the door but couldn’t sleep or relax. Blood stains on furniture and horrible smell. It is in a shopping Center at the top floor, which didn’t feel very nice at 12am. We were meant to get 6 hours sleep before a long flight back to the UK resulting in maybe 30 mins, would of slept better on Mumbai airport floor How this has a 8.7 rating I will never know! Don’t stay here if you want to sleep and feel comfortable

TZThe breakfast was ok. The workers were so friendly which made me forget all other shortcomings. It is closer to the airport which made me comfortable being sure i won't miss my flight. They accept black people unlike other hotels in India.
Generally all the hotels in India must review hygiene of the toilets and cleanliness in general. I was not happy with the towels and the bed sheets were not good.
INThe hotel is located in a fairly accessible area It is part of a mall that is monetizing its space to stay alive The hotel occupies nearly the whole floor The team is super flexible and supportive
The cramped room is a let-down (may be Mumbai space constraints) The facilities are just enough The haunting premises are a little worrisome.
