ATWonderful location, both in terms of neighbourhood (a little outside of Narvik itself) and in terms of the farm itself. The host was lovely, and the room was bigger than I expected (and nicely decorated). Breakfast was provided without additional cost. Plenty of parking spaces are available. You can also read about the interesting family history in their self-written booklet. Plus, the hosts offer to take you to Narvik if you need it :)

Heating system is not at all effective
ESThe room was very well cleaned and cozy.
It is not very well explained that you are sharing the house not only with other guests but also with the family. However we did not have problems of noise. The bathroom is not located in the room and it is shared with other guests and located in the basement. Breakfast is included but apart from bread the rest was already open in the fridge making it not very hygienic including milk.

FIThe host was really friendly, informative and helpful. Room was large, clean and cosy, bed really comfortable. Free car parking in the yard. The sauna was a great bonus!
If you want a quiet evening and night, you might want to look elsewhere. The room is in a family home, and the soundproofing is paper-thin. However, if you don't mind being part of a computer game session downstairs in the middle of the night, and are not disturbed by the traffic noise on the nearby road, the accommodation is otherwise very OK. DIY breakfast was a bare minimum: a bag of bread (no toaster), butter, cheese, milk and instant coffee.
