Lovely little stay. Chris's caravan was welcoming and comfortable. Lots of little things made it feel homey e.g board games provided. The site was a quite loud with music playing until late (11ish) on the Sunday but was quieter on the other days. Good facilities, free soft play and kids entertainment in the evenings was really good with an hour of singing, dancing and games. Food, and staff in the club house was good. Good location, not far from the beach, the fair, and Rhyl. Great little trip, thank you.

Caravans are quite close together and no grass at the side to relax privately.

Neighbours were noisy but no reflection on the caravan

Location is really good where we are going. Visiting our Relatives and they live close to Towyn.

The cooking pans is not good for cooking. I did'nt cook anything. When I use the cooking pot to sterilise my baby's bottle. The bottles turns orange colour. Had to boil the pot 3x purely just to get rid of that colour. Probably the recent guests cooked pasta sauces in it or anything that has a red colour and stick to the pot . I suggest they should use steel cooking pots as what other caravans use now. They last longer too. Some have non stick equipment but they are a good quality and non scratch pan. I also cleaned the toaster as when I move the position all crumbs at the bottom all comes out. We have bread but did not bother to use it. The more i shake it the crumbs comes out. But need a good clean again though. I pick some rubbish on the side table of the master bedroom. Unpleasant one i can't tell what i seen. But other than that the place is nice.

Chris provided a cot , caravan was comfortable & as advertised. Very responsive hosts . Easy check in & check out . Beds were clean & comfortable . Nice to have decking to enjoy the sunshine . Nice touch was a welcome pack . Near to really lovely areas of Colwyn bay & Rhos on sea . Staff friendly everywhere.

Microwave wasn’t clean & there were some crisps , bits of old toys under the kids beds . Some stains on cushions which was a shame . I assume they have a company cleaner & needs to be highlighted for hosts to be aware as they seem really nice people .

Filthy cooker,microwave. Previous customers dirty towels left in wardrobe. Broken door not secure. 1 fork in cutlery draw.shower head wrong size for shower so kept falling down. On the whole the caravan felt really dirty.
