"Not too bad really just all the stairs if your not fit don’t go but if you all good"

Clean everything you needed to have a good stay

The stairs but expected to have them but for pensioners no good really unless very fit said 2 bathrooms was one and a toilet

"Fabulous Stay"

The velvet crab was in a fantastic location, clean and comfortable. Good communication from the host. Convenient parking. Nice restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay for new year andit was quick to run back to after new years day dip in the sea! 🥶

Perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space for more than one family.

One room had dirty sheets left on the floor but there were clean ones available.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Access and communications were seamless. Absolutely everything on the doorstep with great parking. Lovely space for a family getaway way, so we'll equipped and somewhere we would love to return.

By no way a criticism just fun really. No corkscrew to hand, so I learnt a new trick this weekend - how to open wine with no Corkscrew. New skills learnt!
