"An Excellent Property with many Limitations while Waiting for Rebranding !"

It is a neat and well-maintained property. The staff is very cordial. The Vegetarian restaurant , Brahma, is good.

There are many flies within the lounge, inside the room and even in the restaurant. That is an avoidable nuisance. More over, even a twin-sharing double room there is only one coffee mug , or one set of soap and shampoo. For a Hotel of this class, this kind of cost cutting measures is not acceptable to me. When asked, the front desk staff told me that the property is being rebranded and a new acquisition is in the offing. What I don't understand is, during this transition phase too you need to maintain minimum standards of hospitality. I only wish the Management sees the merit in my argument.
