Les équipements, la propreté du lieu, l’absence de vis à vis dans la piscine et les activités proposés par Budi qui s’occupe de tout (repas préparé sur place par un chef, massage à la villa, transfert…).

L’emplacement en face d’un chantier ou d’un lieu de construction/fabrication de pièces de chantier qui génère du bruit toute la journée.

主廚到府服務的早餐很豐富；房間寬敞看出去是泳池；管家的訊息幾乎秒讀秒回，問題處理迅速；住宿地點離市區有點距離，隱密性高，建議租機車或搭車出遊

沒有附牙刷/牙膏等盥洗用品；早餐要另外收費；只有一杯（不是整顆）迎賓椰子水，沒有水果/點心/餅乾

Las instalaciones son increíbles, y el personal súper amable… en concreto Budi, siempre pendiente de solucionar cualquier duda o ayudarnos con cualquier reserva.

The villa was spacious and the design of the villa was great. The Villa host, Ketut, was one of the most down to earth person i have met and I truly appreciate him taking care of us during our stay. Keep up the good work Ketut, I hope to see you around sometime.

The Massage service that was arranged. The masseuse that came had an extremely bad attitude, they were unhappy that i rejected their " Promotion Packages" because I just wanted a balinese massage. On top of that, when they were doing the balinese massage, all they did was gently rubbing oil on me and my partner without any pressure. They followed by asking me if the pressure is good and obviously i said no and they proceeded to tell me that if i want the pressure, I will have to top up on top of what was written because traditional balinese massage has no pressure. I am not dumb... I've been to Bali more than 40 times but anyways we eventually just said yes because we all wanted a proper massage. Would have tipped them way more than the unprofessional "top-up" trick but you know, greed is a source of all evil.

It was a remote location, with a lot of privacy - we loved this. Furthermore the villa was new and very clean, with very good (and easy to reach out to) support from the host Ketut! Awesome guy!

Mention that the villa is located in an area where only local taxi's can be ordered, and no Gojek or Grab.
