This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The bed was absolutely disgusting – dirty sheets with other people’s hair and yellow stains, and even the dishes were filthy. The room had large panoramic windows but no curtains at all. When we arrived in the evening, the shutters looked like they covered the windows, but in the morning we discovered they were completely transparent. We immediately complained to the hosts about the dirty bedding, and their “solution” was to ask us to take clean sheets from the balcony ourselves and accept a 50% refund. The sheets they offered were damp, and we never actually received the refund. On top of that, the “parking” they provided was simply a spot under a ruined, collapsing building. Totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional – we strongly advise against staying here.

Duży pokój,czysty. W zasadzie wszytko ok. Uwaga do właścicieli (sugestia raczej) warto zadbać o wygodniejsze miejsce do jedzenia. Przy takiej powierzchni spokojnie zmieściłby się normalny stolik dla dwóch osób. Stolik barowy wraz z barowymi krzesłami, gdzie nie mieszczą się noki pod nim jest stanowczo bardziej designerski niż praktyczny.

The place looks new and nicely designed

When you start using the facilities, you notice that many basic things are missing, such as small tables next to the bed, nightlights next to the bed, hooks in the bathroom to hang your towel, a place in the shower to put your soap, a shower curtain, the glass separation wall with the toilet was leaking so the whole bathroom floor got wet, etc.
