"Pleasant"

Located in the hills above Pescia, this small apartment provides a quiet base for exploring Northern Tuscany. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay, including making our morning coffee.

The property manager lady I communicated with online provided only generic answers, and e.g. couldn’t offer any information about the restaurant next door. Unfortunately, there was also an unexpected request to pay for electricity usage, along with a €150 security deposit — neither of which had been mentioned in the Booking listing. While the apartment appeared charming in the photos, in reality, some elements felt more tired than romantic or rustic. Perhaps we just visited at the wrong time, a bit too early in the season? Fortunately, we still managed to enjoy our time in Tuscany, and the gentleman living on the premises was very kind.

Attentive hosts provided every little thing to make our stay wonderful, including super clean rooms, fully (and well) equipped kitchen, covered terraces with astonishing view for grilling and bbq (also fully ready for use with all utensils), country design, and comfortable bed.
