Bali Bliss Private Villa Pulau

Its surely Balinese interior.

The drainage from the shower got clogged when my husband shower at the night we arrived. the water floded entire bathroom. And when its raining the rain also makes all the bathroom wet and dirty. The electricity turned off suddenly few times even when we go out to supermarket and came back, the villa was all dark. Thanks to my husband we can turn it on again and again and detect what was the problem ( one light in the open area of bathroom was the cause) but they said never happened before and the manager kicked us out for the next day ( we were suppossed to sleep in for 2 nights) so she give back my money for one day only. What a rude person. I asked about noisy sound from animals (the sound was like ducks but i didnt know for sure cause i didnt see the animals. I asked because i am a light sleeper. And Bu Kadek ( the staff) said usually the guest clean all the problem in the villa by themselves. What a lazy and rude worker. She said hair from drainage makes it clogged and we as a guest should clean it by ourselves. we didnt know that was the problem. But its not my hair or my husband. cause i am using the other bathroom and not washing my hair on the first day. So it should be her job to clean the bathroom drainage. Actually i am asking and said about the problem from the villa just for them to know (i have high tolerancy about all the problems) and never ever write a bad review like this before but instead they kicked us out

This is a great villa. Out of the hustle of Sanur, but easy to commute into town using grab. This little villa was a little haven for us.
