The place is fantastic! You have there everything you need. It's spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is good, within walking distance from all key places. And the hosts, Andrea and Sean, they are simply fabulous. Helpful and kind. That was the best place I've ever booked on Booking.com

That I only could stay for 2 nights. I'd wish I planned a longer stay

The place is exceptional : conveniently located to the beach and to the centre of the town(and Rome as well). It's spotlessly clean and really well- equipped with everything guests might need. It's really spacious too. The hosts are fantastic: hospitable, polite and helpful. We spent a lovely week at Andrea's apartment. They also provide breakfast, Andrea' s sister made pies for us. If ever come back to Nettuno or Rome, will definitely stay here. Highly recommended
