Very pleasant helpful staff. Good location.

Unnecessary addition of kitchen in room. Very little hot food at breakfast and no flexibility. Asked for alternative eggs to scrambled and refused. Room service came to do the room at 25 to 5 when we had returned for a rest and shower after a day out!!!!

The location was excellent! We loved the included breakfast buffet! Laundry facilities are easy to use. Giselle was so welcoming and helpful! Highly recommended.

Das Hotel samt Ausstattung war super und vor allem mit leisen Zimmern.

Fürs Parken muss man ins gegenüberliegende Parkhaus fahren. Dort hatten wir an beiden Tagen Probleme: einmal war es temporär geschlossen, alternative Parkplätze in der Nähe gibt es kaum. Ein anderes Mal war der Schranken defekt. Zudem ist es recht teuer (40 Euro pro Tag mit Übernachtparken). Erst beim Hotel Check Out wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es einen Hotel-Discount gibt, nachdem wir schon einmal voll gezahlt hatten. War nicht die Welt aber es lohnt sich, das vorab zu wissen und entsprechend nachzufragen.

Breakfast was adequate, though we slept late, 10 am ..there was enough left for us...staff were starting to clean up but were patient and helpful with us ...loads of seats to choose from at that stage of the morning

Rashers were a bit salty and greasy...

Excellent stay. Parking adjacent to hotel with discount. Brazilian/ Italian receptionist, can't remember her name was very polite and happy to help. Always had a smile on her face and very helpful. Breakfast was good.
