I think this building must be brand new as everything was in immaculate condition. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The balcony was large with fantastic views over the bay. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The secure underground parking was very useful too.

The only small downside is that the apartment can be a bit noisy as it’s on quite a busy road.

Appartement neuf très luxueux, vaste, bien équipé, très propre avec vraiment une belle vue. Piscine sur le toit agréable et appréciable. En plein centre ville donc un peu bruyant mais du coup proche des commerces et restaurants, du port animé.

"Super Wohnung in absolut toller Lage"

Super viel Platz, sehr netter Service bei Fragen (schnelles Feedback per WhatsApp). Absolut ideale Lage weil fußläufig zum Supermarkt (und allen Restaurants des Dorfes) - schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen und das Meer. Schön dass es einen Indoor-Parkplatz gab . Pool war gut, haben wir aber nur einmal genutzt. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal nichts anderes nehmen *****

Wenn, dann nur Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Das Besteck und das Geschirr waren nicht wirklich sauber. Kaffeekapseln "Lungo" haben wir nirgends zum kaufen gefunden und sind nach den vorhandenen 2 Kapseln dann auf Pulver umgestiegen...
