Hotel Riva International Goregaon- Near NESCO

Nothing, there were Rats inside the Hostel and running above my rooms ceiling. I wasn‘t able to sleep at all. The air was also very bad due to no window.

The worst experience in my travel list so far. Hotel staff members are simply mischievous, arguing on every request made by the customer. Hotel rules regarding visiting guests of the customer, the Breakfast of the staying guest, are simply IDIOTIC and FOOLISH

I DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL BECAUSE HOTEL IS ALL ABOUT THE STAFF & THEIR SERVICE and definitely NOT ABOUT THE BUILDING or THE PREMISES

Room was too small. They didn't even give us water bottle.we booked deluxe double room but he said that it's unavailable and it was around 9 in the morning we were too tired to talk, we asked if we can check in now can but he wasn't even supportive he directly said NO.. so we requested him whatever the availability is provide us for now he charged Rs 2500 for the other room whereas the charge was only for Rs1930.

The location is wrong side and address too remove the near nesco we booked Dulux room but facilities not good even they didn't inform us about our food many times I called them for any query Our breakfast it's complimentary but they told us it's not complimentary I wanted to iron for shirt before day I asked them it is possible they told us yes and second day I want iron they told we don't have now one is broken and one is took another person even the washroom also not clean ac also leakage I told them change our room but they didn't even they told sending AC service man but he also not there

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with the metro station just a short walk away. Must recommended for solo traveller!
